Our Story...

 

In 1989 a small number of Norwich landlords formed a group which has since grown into the company limited by guarantee that we know today as the Eastern Landlords Association.

Membership is drawn from throughout England and numbers over 1400 private residential landlords.
 

The Association is proud to support so many landlords.  

 

The ELA represents the general views of the Association's membership.  We engage with Local Authorities, National Authorities, Parliament and any other body which has jurisdiction over, or an interest in, the letting of private residential properties.

The Association has an office in Norwich where full-time staff can be contacted for general enquiries or advice Monday – Friday between 9am until 5pm, or via email.

As the Association looks forward to the future we will be working on engagement with our members regarding legislation changes, advancement in technology and supporting our members with the compliance and management of their business.
